We will provide professional and quality service in the planning, design and implementation of flood, river basin, coastal zone, environmental-friendly urban drainage as well as water resource management and hydrology. Our services will be based on sound engineering practices taking into account environmental, economic and social sustainability.


In carrying out these duties, we pledge to:

Respond to any customer complaints through JPS Careline 1-300-80-1010 concerning problems related flood, river, coastal and urban drainage in two (2) working days.

Ensure payments of bills and invoices be made in not more than fourteen (14) days from the reception date of completed documents (unless otherwise stated in contract documents).

Supply hydrological data and information in not more than fourteen (14) working days.

Deliver technical advise and responses in not more than four (4) weeks
